I guess I'm now rich and white since I'm familiar with what is and what isn't acceptable workplace behavior. When does my check arrive, and when do you think my skintone will start to change?
- banannaise 4y agoThe more proximate you are to rich white cis male, the easier it will (generally) be to conform to the standard. If you're a rich black cis male, you'll probably have a much easier time than a poor white trans woman, for example.
