Speaking with customer support I got the following: "Our team detected irregular logs relating to a small number of accounts, and whilst they are investigating the issue we have requested that everyone update their password to ensure account security. We do not have exact details on the irregularirites at this time I'm afriad!" Further messages from them have told me that they will be updating everyone once they finish investigating the issue. Concerning, but I do appreciate their proactive approach at least.
