Interesting - where does it say this is by popularity (not doubting, I just didn't see it). And I'm surprised that blue is on top of orange.
Edit: playing around, it looks like an exhaustive list of all the colors users have. I found one that wasn't there (ff6501), changed my color to it, and it appeared in the list (somewhere in the middle). Then I changed it to something else, and it disappeared
- excalibur 4y agoIt's not clear precisely what the list represents. I'm guessing it excludes people who have never messed with the bar color at all, so the #2 spot is held by people who either poked around with the color settings and just left it orange or reverted after changing it to something else.
- version_five 4y agoApparently per other comments it's only editable if you have 250+ karma, so maybe it is more common for that group to change their color? Although I'd be surprised most people, even with higher karma, know about that feature. I didn't until today, or at least had forgotten
- MivLives 4y agoMeanwhile I've been using the same color since I hit the 250 bar, and my color (32CD32) isn't on the list at all. Though there are a few similar ones

- capableweb 4y agoHonestly, I was just assuming it based on the URL which is "/topcolors". Although, taking a look at the source, I don't see anything to indicate that that's actually true. Seems to just list whichever colors it comes across, so I think you're right, it's just a list of all colors: (defop topcolors req (minipage "Custom Colors" (tab (each c (dedup (map downcase (trues [uvar _ topcolor] (users)))) (tr (td c) (tdcolor (hex>color c) (hspace 30)))))))
