Who is already looking there, independent of your claim? Police? Other drones, including neighbors? Satellites? People love to talk about how important privacy is by way of “for examples” but isn’t it true privacy is that which is to be protected by the individual based on a direct need? If a fence was needed to protect it before, would not a sun shade also do this? What is being protected? Nakedness or stacks of gold?
