Thanks for the suggestion. We do this for all cloud-based installations. The case I'm talking about involves only legacy infrastructure. Edit: adding to that, the incidents we get often require restarting the server, upgrading the OS or modifying computing resources through the virtualisation manager - many of the IaC tools I'm aware of wouldn't help in this case.
