Sorry, I did not finish the thought. A customer crisis came up! Let's just say my kind of fire, and I am good at quenching them without too much trouble. Yes, bumping into people happens a lot less and differently than it did then. It does still happen, but I think the big difference is in how more fragmented it all is now. And maybe that is the biggest change those of us missing out today tend to crave.
