I've used OKRs and RPMs. The way Ive used them is within slides which are pretty static. I have yet to find a great way to visualize them and make them more effective / part of the process. Retaining knowledge: Its hard to piece together project plans, kan bans, statuses to understand how past team members accomplished a project (mission). The goal of this is to retain those steps, steps that become more efficient over time, in a branching structure. I love the comment about putting mission at the top to stick with our products vision.
