- superb-owl 4y agoThis hits home for me. I'm seriously considering keeping my phone by my chair across the room, so I have to get up to use it. Definitely going to do it actually. Once I stop scrolling HN from my desk.
- enasterosophes 4y agoTip: Turn your phone off before you leave the house. You can carry it with you, but it's mainly just for emergencies. If you do want to use it, you have to wait for it to power back on. This allows you to shift your attention back to the world around you, instead of everywhere else. It also means you leave fewer geolocation footprints for tracking.
