Essentially, this all boils down to "if your employer is taking advantage of you, you are responsible for fixing it", which is bullshit if you ask me.

- 34679 4y agoIf you aren't responsible for your own well-being, then who among us must be responsible for ourselves in addition to you?
- manuelabeledo 4y agoEmployees are responsible for themselves to a degree. Same goes for employers. It is not the responsibility of employees to fix what an employer is doing wrong, unless they are paid for it. In other words, if an employee is mistreated or burnt out, it is the responsibility of the employer to fix it, and the only expectation from the employee should be the decision of either staying or leaving.
