Wait, so don’t buy a home with a mortgage? Original don’t consider a home an investment?
- theandrewbailey 4y agoIf it's your only house, a mortgage is fine. At that point, it's not an investment, its a place to live. But if you have the cash, don't get a mortgage.
- SilasX 4y agoWhy would it have been a bad idea to get a mortgage when they were 2.8%? And why is “place to live” mutually exclusive with “investment”?
