- vogre 4y ago1) Money. "Kaliber" missiles are expensive, need more money to build them. 2) Poitical gains. It will be very hard for US to push other countries for sanctions when they can't hold their own. 3) Resilence of production. It's much better for economy to have your factories running and ports working.
