The design is so abhorrent ugly, I stopped after three clicks, before I got anywhere fun. If you want others to enjoy your toy, perhaps style it in a somewhat more "popular" way?
- kretaceous 4y agoWhile I agree it's bad, I think that's the whole point, no? > "Bad web design, worthwhile content" And it's true I guess. I'm finding a couple of interesting stuff to pass time. Good compilation, OP. Not sure about the reason for such a design.
- Phileosopher 4y agoThis project wasn't meant to be a serious endeavor, so I made the most godawful-but-usable UX possible for fun.
- al_borland 4y agoI thought it was broken on mobile. I didn't realize I had to scroll out of frame to the right to see the results of what to actually do. The site scales to mobile right up until the last step... then nope. A+++
- rchaud 4y agoThe "ugly" design is for signaling purposes IMO. These days a polished website promising "curated" anything is likely to be crawling with trackers and have a hideous "#1 on Product Hunt" emblem on it.
