virtualDj was atomixMp3 - and was better back then in one major way; there was a large button for mix-now that would fade one track to the next player on click-demand. The way virtualDj does this with the auto-play list in a little window is not as appealing. Maybe someone has made a new skin available to make this an option, I haven't delved into it in years now. Definitely something I'd like to see - when you are doing live events that require cutting songs and instrumentals and such between - it's be much better for ease of use to have 2 or 3 large 'decks' with visible cue points and be able to have autoplay running with a list or switch/fade manually to deck 2 or 3 - and then back. I was not able to see if such options might be better with the small screenshots on the features page, but I may give a download and try it out a bit.
