- xnorswap 4y agoRespectfully I disagree. Redundancy is entirely possible, it just has to be done fairly and in a manner that respects employees. A 45 day consultation period when making over 100 employees redundant doesn't stop redundancies. Which corporations do you consider bloated and unable to make employees redundant?
