4 months of COBRA? I thought 18 months was required by federal law?
- avrionov 4y ago4 months is the payed portion of COBRA. After that the former employees pay themselves.
- thomasjudge 4y agoUnder COBRA you're eligible to remain on your employer-provided health care coverage for 18 to 36 months, employers aren't required to pay for any of it (and most don't)
- prescriptivist 4y agoThey are paying for the first four months of COBRA.
