I did? I bought some Apple stock in 2009 and still own it. I got some money for free since then—not just the (considerable) appreciation; AAPL also pays a dividend. The difference between that and a crypto scam is obvious to me, or at least it has been so far. But that is because I chose to put a lot of work into understanding all this stuff. Not everyone has; that should not cost them their life’s savings.
