I'm optimistic growing remote work means extending the working life of an SWE (counter to ageism).
- onlyrealcuzzo 4y agoMost companies with good pay have a decently high median age for senior SWEs. I'm not sure why anyone 50+ would want to work at the vast majority of startups...
