- burgerbrain 15y agoWhy do you say it is incorrect? And I don't think a statement of apparent fact can be called "derogatory". If there is a less offensive term for the meaning, I'm not aware of it.
- westicle 15y agoDerogatory simply means critical, or a statement which detracts from the standing of something. A statement of apparent fact can easily be derogatory. Women are on average physically weaker than men. African-americans are on average of lower intelligence than asian-americans.
