Nobody is subjected to hazing or “excessive“ drinking. These are voluntary activities you can choose to engage in or not. For criminal matters there’s the police.
It was not limited only to fraternities either.

- imgabe 4y agoHow does that prove that anyone is subjected to it against their will? If you don't want to be hazed, don't pledge a fraternity. It's not very complicated.
