Again a private company (with ties to the politicians who OK'd it, no doubt) come suckling at the taxpayer teat with promises of super duper secure fast and cheap IT to revolutionise the healthcare provider's equipment and data storage.
It's always the same. Underquote, overpromise, go over budget, fail to fulfill, fold the company and carry on business as usual.
No accountability, no smack on the wrist, no lessons learned.
