Being able to come up with $500 or $5k at a moment's notice is part of pet ownership. If your financial situation prevents coming up with it, don't get a pet. You're just shifting irresponsibility in the guise of anti-corporate crusading.
- wing-_-nuts 4y agoI expect this line of reasoning from corporate mouthpieces. To hear it from the mouth of a provider speaks to to your values. I think the following quote applies here: “It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”
