Requiring users to send pictures of themselves in order to tag them black / not black and restricting posters in specific threads to black people or nonblacks that pass a test is absolutely 100% bigoted. It may be bigotry some are open to accept, but it's bigotry nonetheless. And even ignoring that, Reddit would never allow the reverse to happen.
