Isn't it crazy to read an article from before the frenzy of Windows 95! This funny thing presumes people are going to stick to 3.1.
- bombcar 4y agoPeople did stick to 3.1, at least on 386 and 486 machines. I knew nobody who ran Windows 95 on anything less than a Pentium, even though it was compatible down to the 386 in most cases. It's just that so many people bought their first computer around that time, that it really was able to grow quickly.
