Say a user wrote a review on TrustPilot, and copy/pasted it to an email to the business. Then the business posted the review from the email on their website. Are they now violating TrustPilot's TOS?

Are they now violating TrustPilot's TOS? You might want to get a release before putting it up, and being right doesn't mean Trustpilot knows you're right. Might make that blue box defamation, but that'd be a long, uphill battle against a well-funded opponent.
