Yes, desperately even, but if you join just for the lunch break (where we fix bugs as you saw lol, I haven't eaten during a lunch break for the last few years), it's a bit of a red flag :p But seriously, look at tier-2 investment banks: we're nicer and less stressed than the Goldmans of the world but still make more money than most. And problems are interesting I find. But you need to like handling money and not "changing the world" in any shape or form.
