If you're saying that there's no difference between (i) AI that is good enough to convince you that it's a real person and (ii) a real person, then I strongly disagree. But if you're saying that one day we might get past the "faking it" stage, because in the end everything is made out of atoms... maybe. I'm not sure advanced human societies will survive long enough to get there.
