While in our high-school equivalent in Austria I had to be at school at 7:50. This was very unfortunate as I lived in another state and had to sit 2 hours in public transit, so I had to wake up at 5:45. I remember almost sleeping after lunch and not learning anything because I was too tired. This stuff should be fixed everywhere. Getting up this early is not helpful.
