> Tesla “Autopilot” is otherwise known as the combination of “lane keeping assistance” and “adaptive cruise control” for virtually every other manufacturer. Sure, Tesla’s version is better than many of their competitors, but it still doesn’t make the marketing Tesla insists on doing any less misleading. The Autopilot moniker is also used by Tesla to describe automatic lane changing, automatic start/stop at stop lights and 'summon' - so it's not quite just lane keeping assistance and adaptive cruise control.
