Out of pollution concerns, I'm trying to cut back on seafood right now, especially filter animals. I get the feeling sometimes that we aren't even doing the basics when it comes to examining the amount of heavy metals and other non food items in sea life now. Eating a lot less meat in general, in retrospect.
