Apple is already a profitable, trillion dollar business. They don't need gamers, and Tim Cook might even think that making macOS more attractive to gamers might debase Apple's brand.
- musicale 4y agoApple has a huge gaming business which is larger than that of Microsoft, Activision/Blizzard, or Nintendo. Apple's game developers are iOS and Apple Arcade developers, and they are the ones that Apple is encouraging to make games for macOS.
