Congrats! It's already good to stagnate so you dont get into high myope territory, which comes with lots of risks. Apart from that I'm positive you could make improvements. You'd need to continuously measure your eyesight and adjust your glasses accordingly, otherwise you might undo your improvements by being overcorrected.
