we take photographs of metal sculpture and jewelry at my studio. a light box is the only way not to get bright specular reflections that completely skew the overall exposure. for the win make soft radial curves with the white paper lining the box so there are no seams or sharp changes in brightness. ooh, also aim the light source(s) at the walls so there is no direct path ..and if you can use a macro lens, that much better
