This actually was about a month ago but didn't get any attention the first time, still a significant release for a product a lot of us use. More detail changelog for 13 development to date (including beta and rc1) is at the Doc Hub [0]. The time gone by though does mean that U1 is approaching (hopefully by the end of the month), and there are a few known issues that might make it worth waiting for (I am due to the connection interrupt issue). While I don't agree with some of their design decisions (curiously hard to make use of a lot of normal ZFS options for example, have to edit files in the shell) or pay gating (FC), it's still been pretty darn pleasant to use with a decent enough UI that after setup non-experts can do some useful maintenance tasks themselves with a few step by steps.
