Thanks. Sales isn't naturally my thing. I'm sure you're absolutely right though, I'll try him. I'm trying Cancer Research UK too, though their policy team's email address on the website bounces as it's for whitelisted recipients and the generic email response to tell them about it says to expect them to get back in a week.
