It's really really hard to say. Not only are prices really high but I think the potential variance in outcomes that I would personally project is at an all time high. There are forces pulling the market in polar opposite directions and it's going to be a relative matter of how those forces play out. Overall, I would buy right now if it really makes sense to you from a life perspective. I'd stay far away if your goals are speculative.
