I thought they already did?
- ceejayoz 4y agoTemporarily. The district court stayed it, the Fifth Circuit (which has been on a nutty tear lately) reinstated it, and SCOTUS put the district court's stay back in place. It'll wind up at SCOTUS again at some point.
