Are the stairs that transparent? Between the steel support and the blue of the glass, can one really see anything of interest? Specifically is it the material of the stair step that’s the problem or the open stairwell? If the steps were made of marble would there be as much concern? For example if there are no opaque risers in the stair one could see well through the gaps. The same is true of there are no opaque sides to the stairs under the railing.
