Aren’t they bound by the arbitration agreement. You can’t have it both ways.
- sp332 4y agoIf I'm reading GP correctly, the arbitration said that the defendant was on the hook, not Geico directly. Geico doesn't mind if the defendant has to pay up, as long as they don't have to cover it.
