From an entirely selfish, personal perspective - good. All this achieved in 2018 with the 'levy on sugary drinks' is encourage manufacturers to replace sugars with artificial sweeteners which are to my palate, frankly disgusting. Sure, its cheaper for them to produce, but it's not like they dropped their prices to reflect their savings. I support the sentiment, but as a parent, I feel it's my responsibility to educate my child and discourage excessive sugar consumption, not that of an over-arching governmental decree which just buggers products up.
