Sorry I didn't mean a motivated homeschooling parent in my example, I meant calling into a classroom zoom meeting, which is what school was for the majority of children for 3-12 months during the pandemic. I ultimately believe school quality is largely driven by teacher quality, and some homeschooling parents are high quality teachers, and therefore can deliver good results for their children.
