Are unbanked/underbanked driving electric cars? I can’t imagine they can afford to pay cash for those vehicles, and they obviously won’t be getting a car loan.

Are unbanked/underbanked driving electric cars? I can’t imagine they can afford to pay cash for those vehicles, and they obviously won’t be getting a car loan. I doubt it’s possible to rent one without a credit card. Not to say the chargers shouldn’t take cash, just that the unbanked seem an implausible excuse.
- bravetraveler 4y agoI think it's safe to assume some that will. Either for work, on loan from a family member, what-have-you The financial barrier is a guess, and one limited to a window of time if nothing else (Not much of a second hand market today, but soon - first gen electrics are becoming of age)
