- psyklic 4y agoI strongly advise having a lawyer review the contract even though you already signed it - there will still be many opportunities for you to negotiate in the future. It's infinitely better to know now than to be blindsided later! In my last startup, our biggest mistake by far was delegating legal solely to my business partner, who we all trusted at the time. It is incredibly easy for saavy parties to write the contract in a way that perniciously "sounds right" to an intelligent, trusting non-lawyer.
