I had a look at one of their examples https://rulex-rs.github.io/docs/examples/emails/ https://rulex-rs.github.io/docs/examples/emails/ The only part that I can agree to is that it's useful to compose a larger regex from smaller easier-to-understand ones. But I don't see why a new regex engine is required for that. On the other hand I'm probably overlooking some important features that they bring to the table. Maybe I'll come back with more comments if I invest more time looking at Rulex.
