- esquivalience 4y agoIsn't it rather that the market will follow individual choices? Such that if you can change the individual, the market will follow (and in this case, has done).
- mc32 4y agoMunicipalities enacted bans, not individuals. Though some individuals may have prior to any bans decided by themselves they prefer not to use straws.
