I've used Nvidia GeForce Now recently, and turned out that the lag issue can be pretty much mitigated by buying the 19.99$ subscription and switching to 120FPS.

I've used Nvidia GeForce Now recently, and turned out that the lag issue can be pretty much mitigated by buying the 19.99$ subscription and switching to 120FPS. Games render at that framerate internally, and somehow it's much, much more responsive than the default 60FPS, even with V-Sync off. Highly recommend to anyone.
