Right, but in that case the choice is between a pre-made extract with unknown sampling, or a full population.
Asking for a custom-made sample is really the same as requesting the whole population and sampling yourself.
- sudosysgen 4y agoWell no, it's not the same, because you don't need to handle the whole population. And as far as sampling this is trivially simple.
