Microsoft to curb use of non-competes, disclose salary ranges

- kerng 4y agoMost of the changes are due to Washougton State law changing, not because Microsoft wants to implement these changes. So, we'll see Amazon do the same I assume.
- bradknowles 4y agoI don't know that I would count on that. If forced to do so, then they might only do it for jobs that are officially located in the state.
