Being unable to finance and unwilling are two different things although I'm sure Elon can try that.
- zie 4y agoAgreed, but if it ever gets to court, the presentation of the facts also matter. Hopefully the two groups bickering will come to some sort of agreement and save the many millions of lawyer fees, but who knows.
