Flexport is on an impressive run. It's not going to keep that run going by dropping to a 4 day work week, that isn't gonna happen. I wouldn't write off the compensation though, Amazon tends to pay very competitively across the whole company, from bottom of the company to the top. If flexport doesn't, I assume it will soon.
