- legitster 4y agoThis title is wrong. Federal agents can still be charged criminally with violating constitutional rights. This ruling is about seeking damages in a civil court separately.
- legitster 4y agoRemember when the Supreme Court (supposedly) gave away half of Oklahoma last year? News coverage of rulings is almost universally awful, so take simplified headlines with a grain of salt.
